About our Founder, Cheryl Spence
Throughout her 18-year career, Cheryl Spence has earned a reputation as a skilled negotiator and tireless advocate for her clientele. She is known for her exceptional quality of service, detailed market knowledge, and ability to expertly manage complex transactions.
Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Cheryl was a successful restaurateur – an experience that greatly contributed to her skills in client service, problem solving and process management.
