her 18-year career, Cheryl Spence has earned a reputation

Prior to becoming involved in
real estate, Cheryl was a successful restaurateur – an
experience that greatly contributed to her skills in client
service, problem solving and process management.

About Lynn Geyer
 Lynn Geyer is experienced in selling multi-unit
residential construction and recently received the honor
of top-producer of sales at the award-winning Palms San Francisco,
a 300-unit residential condominium project in South of Market.
Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Lynn was a surgical
nurse and the owner of BUZZ Branding; a San Francisco based
advertising firm.
Lynn has traveled extensively throughout Europe and as far
as Australia, China, and Japan. She brings her excellent
abilities in customer relations and her calm skill under
pressure to her clients and her negotiations.
